
Some of you have asked for this recipe, so here it is.
STRAWBERRY PRETZEL JELLO
2-3 cups crushed pretzels (place in a plastic
zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin)
3 T. sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350' (250 for glass pan)
Mix crushed pretzels with the sugar and butter
and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 min./cool
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 12-ounce Cool Whip topping
Mix softened and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream. Spread over the cooled
pretzels, set aside.
1 large box of strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 16-ounce packages frozen
sliced strawberries.
Dissolve Jell-O in the hot water in a bowl.
Add strawberries. Mix well and put in the
fridge until thickened (about 5 min.)
Take out and pour over the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
Serve topped with a dab Cool Whip

We are getting some of that strong wind that is hitting
