OUR CHRISTMAS ANGELS....

Our sweet Jonah...I think he is still seeing the angels,

Jonah is doing very well with the nursing, can you tell?

Our darling little grand daughter Claire is so in love with baby
Jesus. She kisses him, pats his tiny little back, says shhh to him.
Is there anything more dear than the sweet angels that are sent to
be part of our families?!

Two more angels, Jonah and Sophia, sweet
brother and sister...nothing like getting a new
baby for Christmas!

Such a handsome little man this Jonah is...
we sure do love our 23rd grandchild.

I think his mommy is having fun dressing him up in all
the cute boy cloths. He is such a snuggely little guy too.

I went to our grandson's band concert the other night, Gavin
plays one of the three trumpets and boy oh boy, he is really
good on it too. Such a cute boy!

I went with our daughter Jennifer and her Hannah...such a fun night!

Our cute red head Jen in her new Christmas sweater.

Sweet Ella and her cute cat that she hauls all over.

Sophia laying with Jonah in the morning sunshine, sweet.

Cuddling up on the couch... little angels.

Jonah, so content after being nursed, nothing as hard but as
sweet as being a mom and having a new baby.

"Oh ya, I am one content baby, cause I have a
great mom!"

Brickelle, mom Lisa holding Jonah and Natalie...
we all loved holding new baby Jonah at our
Thanksgiving gathering.

Our daughters dog...Tucker.

Tucker got lost from their home, he was gone for
5 days! They put flyers out and did everything to
find him. Finally someone spotted him, he was a
long way away from home. Through many prayers
and many people looking for him, they were able to
find him and get him back home. One lucky little dog!

Home again with his little family who prayed for his return.

Three sweet angels, so excited for Christmas.

Nothing as magical as laying under the tree...
waiting for Christmas. (Caleb, Claire & Ella)

Sweet little "Santa Baby Claire"
What a darling she is!

Sophia, sneaking a feel of Santa's beard!

CHRISTMASING IN ST. GEORGE...

The beautiful St. George temple, all lite up to symbolize the
light of Jesus Christ...so gorgeous as Fall and Christmas
come together.

The nativity that sits out in front of the temple.

I have been spending as much time as possible at our sweet
St. George home. It is still Fall there, warm temps and the
leaves are still falling from the trees.

Our little Sophia loved getting tossed into a big pile of leaves,
I tried it too but my land was a bit of a thud! We have a very old
Mulberry tree and she is dropping those big leaves beautifully.

Our sweet little Jonah
We sure do love this little guy that has come into
our family, he's such a handsome, sweet little boy.

I have so been enjoying the weather here in St. George, it's
20 degrees warmer than where our Bicknell home is, so it's
still Fall here but with Christmas going on at the same time!
It's kind of funny to see palm trees decorated with Christmas
lights...but it's awesome!

The old tabernacle, built by pioneers. The whole block around
it is decked out with Christmas lights, wow, it is so fun to walk
around under the lights in warm temps.

In the hot summer, they have a water park here that our grands
love to enjoy, but now it's all about Christmas. Way up on the hill
you can see the big "D"... that stands for Dixie, that's what it was
called because the pioneers raised cotton here.

A front shot of the old tabernacle, they have
a different Christmas program here every night.
I have so enjoyed going to several of them.

Over at Temple Square, they have many very
beautiful displays, here they had nativities from
all over the world.

This too is on Temple square, in the summer and fall this spot
is full of so many roses, here it's all full of lights, so pretty!

There is a life size nativity set up out in front of
the temple, music and spoken word plays as you
stand there taking it all in, very spiritual.

Ron and I went to the lighting ceremony, they
had a speaker and choir, then the lights all went
on at the same time to lots of oohs and ahhs.

Out kids came down and we all enjoyed walking
all around looking at the beauty of the St. George
temple grounds.I can still hardly believe that we
are so blessed to live just 2 blocks from this most
beautiful temple!

I found this sweet little painting at a thrift shop, I just loved
because I love snowmen. I added a ribbon and hung it on our
front porch.

I hung this red berry wreath on our front door,
added a big silver bow and reindeer and red
glittered letter...JOY... from the wreath.

I have only decorated one house this year, our
St. George house. This is our little tree from
outside the window.

And this is it from the inside, it's only four and
a half feet tall but we love it, much different from
our 9 foot tree at the other house!

The only thing missing is the cat that I used to
have that loved to climb the 9 foot tree and hid
in it's branches!

I hope you are all having a wonderful December...
slow down and simplify and be sure to remember
who and what Christmas really is about!

Sending all my love and best CHRISTMAS wishes
to each and every one.

OH BABY LOVE....

MOTHERHOOD...isn't it beautiful?
Our daughter Lindsey is now a mommy of two.
And yes, it looks good on you sis.

Do I look like I am in Heaven?
Well I am...my kind of Heaven. We have a
new grandson, our 23rd grandchild. His name
is Jonah Michael Peterson and he stole my heart
the minute I saw him come into this world.

This picture was about the second week of his life...
I thought he looked so cute in his agile jammies.

Look at his handsome face...oh, those kissable lips
just grab my grandma's heart!

Oh, such a cute "little Mr," in his neck tie and sweet nakedness!

Such a sweet family he is born into...
such a wonderful Mommy and Daddy and
sister Sophia. Lindsey is looking pretty
awesome after just giving birth!

Oh, and did I tell you, he has deep dimples!
Just another plus in the handsomeness department!

Oh baby, you have stolen my heart forever....anything you want, it's yours!

Such puppy-cuteness!

Jonah...grandma loves you forever and always,

Our daughter Tiffany came and took pictures...
These two sisters sitting side by side, glorying in the sweetness
of the new baby...they never played that well with dolls!

One more darling grand to love on...
we are so very blessed. These moments in life
are the sweetest moments ever!

Yes, I am in Heaven...being a grandma is the best role
in life. There is nothing like looking deeply into the eyes
of a little soul who loves you more than anything, and
who you love more than anything.

There is nothing better than family...I am so thrilled
that I know that families are FOREVER. Nothing
could tear me from my loved ones...not money or
fame or anything the world offers. God's plan for
us is the best plan of all.
