OUR HOME & PROPERTY...."FOR SALE"

We have a new resident at our place, his name is...FOR SALE

I hope he won't be here for very long, we really want him to get
his job done, so we can move along to our plans for the future.

This is the back of our home, a great place to hang out if you would
like to enjoy a soak in the hot tub, grill some steaks or just look at...

this...it's very relaxing and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a bit of the front of the house...by the way, I hope
you all had a great 4Th of July, we certainly did.

I hope you like the red front door...come on in, make yourself at
home and take a good look around because it's... FOR SALE.

One of my favorite spots, my claw foot soaker tub, best place to be after a long walk.

The house has the most beautiful windows,
with gorgeous views out of every one of them.

These high windows are so beautiful day or night, you can see
the stars or a full moon peeking in on you, or the clouds floating by.

These are some pictures the Realtor took just to get it all going and up
on the net. Tomorrow they will take more pictures and do a virtual tour
of it and I will share that with you as I get it.

More of the back deck/porch of the wrap around deck. What
a place to sit and read or just gawk at the gorgeous views.

As you step into the house you see all over the open floor plan
and even right out the back windows to such beautiful red rock
views. It's all very open and spacious and comfortable.

Master bedroom with a full bath and a door leading out to
the back deck and hot tub... so convenient and fun!

Our library/office...one of the best seats in the house, because
look at what you get to sit and gaze at, all day long if you like...

Big wide and open spaces here. You can sit here and watch the cattle,
horses and sheep and some deer. You can watch a storm roll off
the Boulder Mountain and right up to your door as you sit in warmth
and comfort...it's a sight to behold!

Our dining area is part of the great room and open kitchen
and there is room to really spread out here with family & friends.

The kitchen is really nice and big with an 8 foot island.
You can stand there to prepare dinner or bake cookies
and look out at a view from 3 big full windows that will
knock your socks off!

I love the red cabinetry surrounding the stove area, it
breaks up the dark stained hickory cabinets beautifully.
Stainless steel appliances and Quartz counter tops (they
don't ever need to be polished) it's an easy kitchen to keep up.

Across the hall from the kitchen is my sunny pantry and laundry room.
I just love having it close like that, everything at my finger tips.

There are two big bedrooms upstairs, this is one of them.
Out of one of the big windows of this room you get to see...

THIS...it's so beautiful, you would think it's a picture
but it is indeed real...a dream come true.

This is one view of the fully finished basement. Such a great
place to be with family and friends. It is a walk out basement
and there are lots of big full windows to see the views out of.

There are 4 big bedrooms rooms here and a full bath too. A great
room with a pool table and ping pong. Lots of light and openness.

Come on over and take a look, it really is a little bit of heaven.

Circle Cliff...named after the red rock cliff behind the home.

What a back drop the Thousand Lake Mountain red cliffs make for this home!

This is the description from the realtor:

Some of you have asked why we are selling such a place...

We are in need of some serious down-sizing ( the pets will go with us.)
Just about anything else is negotionable.
We need the money from this place to organize our future. We want to get
a smaller place and we we want to serve some missions for our church,
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We want to have time
to spend with family and each other, preparing for Eternity as husband
and wife. Life is just too busy pulling us apart everyday, time to get back to
us, and what we now want to do as a couple, and that is, serving the Lord.

Let me know, if you know of anyone who would be seriously interested in
this beautiful home and property. I'll keep you updated on anything more
there is to share on all of this. Spread the word friends!

A VERY GOOD FEW DAYS....

We had some of our kids come these past few
days and we have been having so much fun!

We went for a picnic here at this beautiful place...
Capitol Reef National Park. It is about 15 minutes
from our home, so this awesome beauty is easy access.

I have not been to a more beautiful place, I can spend all day
here on a blanket reading or exploring and taking pictures.

We took a big airplane and they had fun throwing it and watching it glide.

We played in the water under the bridge, the little ones loved it
and so did their pregnant mommy! It felt perfectly cool!

Ella sliding off the rock into dad's arms and into the river, she was so brave!

It was a great way to cool off and Caleb and Ella had so much fun with their dad.

Caleb loved sneaking up on the deer...

and he got right up to them for a... "hello friend!"

Caleb loved putting on grandpa's hat and cowboy boots!
He said that he was cowboy grandpa!

The k ids loved swinging from the old tree down by the fire pit...

and they were good and took turns too.

When our kids come to visit, it is quite the managery! Everyone has
about 3 dogs, so it is one load house full!

We went fishing...Caleb, holding a fresh worm...awesome!

Fishing by grandpa...Caleb has the right stance going here, waiting for that big fish!

Dad and son standing out in the middle of the river.
Kids with such dad's are so blessed.

Caleb and Ella wanted to be right at their dad's side as he fished.

On our deck out back...this trike is a decoration but Ella just knew she could ride it!

I loved her cute little hot pink swim suit, and she was a bit unsure about that thing!

Daddy flying kites for the kids...he had more fun than they did I think.

Ron and Isaac took Caleb for a short ride before heading out on their ride.

Caleb loved being way up there sitting in the saddle, feeling the movement of the horse.

Grandpa and dad headed up to the mountains for a ride.
Going to look at some old Indian caves.

We are having fun watching the hummingbirds, are you?

Oh boy! The water is cold...but fun.

Ella, loved the hot tub....

And so did her brother.

And, Shelia...here is one just for you...
Grandma Julie and her little cowgirl Ella!

I will be catching up with all of you by tomorrow...
Life is very busy right now with getting our place
up for sale...more on that next post, I promise!

LOVE TO EACH OF YOU
And...HAVE A GREAT 4TH OF JULY!
