OUR GOINGS ON...

Remember how I told you that this little white dog is the boss of these three?
When I throw Cougar's (the big dog) toy, he will wait for the little guy to give
his permission before he will go and get it! Even then he will sneak up to it very
carefully as Bo is biting him. (he can't even feel it!)

Well the little (fierce one) has a new game that Cougar has to play!
When Cougar finally gets the toy, Bo will jump up and grab it and
hang on for dear life as Cougar....(and I don't know how Cougar
knows how to do this)...
Swings him around and around in a circle!
This then goes on, again and again until Bo
has had enough! Believe me, this is entertainment!

The mountains across from our home have been so beautiful this fall.
Full of colored leaves, until this morning when I woke up to see this!

SNOW...in front

And SNOW... in back of our home.

It's beautiful but who wants SNOW this early? Not me!

Since this morning, we have got a lot more and the wind is blowing hard.
There was a little bird on my back deck trying to hid from it all, I
stepped out and took a picture of it and got within about 6 inches of
it. I'll share that next time. So, winter is here and I am freezing!

Sunday, our family will gather to give our new baby grand daughter
a name and a blessing. This pretty little dress was made for her by her
other grammy, Michelle. She is a wonderful seamstress and such a
creative lady. Wish you could meet her, you would love her. She and I
are good friends as we share our kids and grand kids.

Just sharing some pictures with you...
Our youngest daughter Lindsey with her baby Sophia
and their 2 little dogs Charlie Brown and Tinkerbell.

And our little Claire, who's big day is this Sunday...
her mommy Tiffany says that she is pure angel, and
I think so too.

Sweet sisters...Ella and Claire
I just love this picture of them together.

This brown eyed girl with black hair is a rarity in our family.
She looks just like her daddy and we are adoring those BIG
brown eyes. She is smiling and cooing now too.

Some days are just 3 Binky days you know...
It's a bit hard to all of a sudden to be the BIG sister,
even if you do love the new baby sister so much!

Our son Corey and his wife and girls are at Disneyland this week...
Tough duty but somebody has to do it!

I just loved this picture of Caleb and his daddy...such special guys!

Our grandson Treston, looking pretty cool, he has a birthday this month!

Well, that is all I have for you today ladies...
Have a great weekend and I'll be back with a
bit more on Monday...hugs to all.

Snow! Yes, it is early but it sure looks pretty as it coats the red rocks.

Our weather has been crazy too. Last week we were in the low 90's and this week it is rainy and in the 50s! We had a big thunderstorm come through yesterday and did it hail! It sure did look like we had had snow!

I thought Claire was the first of your grandchildren to have dark hair. She definitely is a beauty!

Have a wonderful Thursday, Julie!

Such wonderful family photos, Julie--what a lovely family you have, my friend! I DO know Michele, and she is a talented and fun person--so glad I've gotten to know both of you through this fabulous Blogland of ours!

Can't believe you've got snow already! Just read on Facebook that my brother's got it up in Idaho, too--crazy! We've had lots of unseasonable rain this week--usually doesn't start till the beginning of November!

Well, whatever the weather, I hope your week is just fabulous, my friend!

From what I've been seeing on the news, a lot of us in Utah are getting some snow. It IS too early, considering we didn't get much of a summer :)
Enjoy your time with family and the baby blessing.
What a wonderful thing!

Beautiful family photos! The dogs new games are quite hysterical. I wonder if the little one just really enjoys this. I am still just awestruck with the view you have outside of the front and back of your house. It is so beautiful even with a bit of snow!

Cougar got a haircut!! Sooo handsome. You know, in my other life ( about 10 years ago) I used to be a dog groomer and I loved working with the big dogs! My golden however, hates to be groomed and looks like a big fluffy dirtball!

I love watching your dogs play ~ they are having so much fun.

Fantastic family photos. Your daughter looks a lot like you.
The grands are all adorable.. I am loving the huge brown eyes on Claire. Sooo cute.
Have fun decorating!!!

That 3 binkie pic just had me chuckling away!
I actually think I need 3 binkie's somedays too!
Love that beautiful christening dress...what a talented seemstress!
And Claire is a beauty! I know what you mean about the brown eyes. I was so surprised when Addison got brown eyes, cause it doesn't run in our family. Of course her Dad has brown eyes but for some reason I didn't compute that in my head. hehe.
And the snow, oh my, my friend I feel for you. We have long winters here too and that is just way toooo early!

That is so crazy and funny about the dogs! Entertaining is right :) Much too early for snow! We've had a heat wave but they've said to say goodbye to warm weather for awhile... I dread the thought!

And I had a three binky girl too! My Chloe had one in her mouth and one in each hand too! She even told her granny that she wanted more "passies" for her 3rd birthday!

That dress is absolutely gorgeous! What talent she has to make such pretty things fr your shared grandchildren. Is this called a christening gown?

Snow?!!!!!!! I'm ready for cooler weather but no snow yet!

The scenery around your home is just beautiful. We are so blessed to have such lovely surroundings, different but beautiful in their own way. :0)

Hi Julie, I'm sorry I can't seem to get a post on. Now my camera won't down load and it's funny, nobody around here can fix it.

I am so baby hungery again for another grandchild. I wish my son and his wife would get it together. Or I wish my youngest son would get it together and get married.

You seem to have so much fun with your family. You'r a great grandma.

Wow, I am surprised to see that you are selling you home and property. Are you down sizing?

Oh Julie my friend. Thank you for your hugs. My days are getting better and better.
You put a great big smile on my face. Seeing your dog spinning the other like that, too funny.
I just showed Randy your beautiful property. Being Canadians and not having citizenship for the U.S. would be a tough one. I would so LOVE to live there.
Hey I know, let's do a house swap for a few weeks. We live on a river, little place but cozy. You take care of my beasts, and I'll take care of yours. How's that for a deal?
I see you have a bird too. We have two. Singing canaries.
I also know what you mean about "a day in the country is worth a month in town". SO SO TRUE.
It's our Thanksgiving weekend. Randy's cooking a turkey tomorrow, I just wasn't into it... not yet.
Good news is that I'm leaving for N.C. to be with 55 blogging girls. I had dismissed it all when mom got sick, but Randy said " YOU ARE GOING".
So I leave Wed. I'm not packed, nothing done, hair is not cut, but oh well. C'est la vie ; )
