A LITTLE LOVE FROM MY KITCHEN....

DO YOU EVER ASK THIS QUESTION?

I know I do, I have been cooking since I was 12 years old and sometimes
I get just a little tired of it all. Sharing with you today some really easy but
very yummy recipes that anyone can make...I hope you will try them!

"CHERRY CHICKEN"

Dip 4 thawed chicken breast (or 6 thighs) into 1 beaten egg.

Then dip the chicken Italian bread crumbs, lay the
chicken in your crock pot.

Now pour 1 jar of either cherry jam (or) cherry pie filling
over the chicken. And I add a handful of brown sugar.

Cook on low for 3 hours. Serve over cooked rice.

*******

"DANGER BELOW"
I will warn you of DANGER because this is just too easy and SO good!
But I guess it is better than a whole cake sitting on the counter that I just
have to finish! Try this, it's a fun..."cake at your fingertips!"

I like to put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it up, then pour it into a
"large mug." (You can add anything you want, nuts, coconut, candies etc.)
Place mug on a saucer and put in microwave and set it for 3 1/2 minutes
You can top it with powdered sugar or with whipped cream or ice cream!

YOU WILL LOVE THIS CAKE IN A MUG!

I have been cutting back on what I have been eating, and it is working
pretty well for me, I could give up chocolate too, but I am no quitter! ;)

"BEST CROCK POT CHICKEN"

4 to 6 Pieces of frozen chicken, breasts or thighs in pot.
(Or you could use pork chops)

Then, 8 oz. Cream Cheese,
Then, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup,
Now add, 1 packet of Zesty Italian dressing mix.

Cook for 4 -5 hours on high.
Serve over cooked noodles.

As you can tell, I like easy, quick recipes the best, have fun
with these, and bless us all as we ponder...Whats For Dinner?!

Boy, maybe if my mom had enjoyed cooking, she would have taught her daughters young too! But, sadly, she did not, so I have yet to consider myself a "cook". I have a few things I make but don't really enjoy cooking. I think it is becoming a lost art, but YOU my friend, are inspiring! In SOOOO many ways!

WOW even I can do that. Funny you posted this... I actually pounded some chicken tonight, rolled it in egg and flour and pan fried it in garlic butter. A nice spinach salad with crumbled blue cheese, walnuts and currants on the side. The best balsamic vinegar and the best olive oil in Italy, and voila!! Claudie served Randy.
The end ; )
P.S. That brownie in a cup? I've been staying away from it for a long time. I swear I will try it one day soon.
