I just melted a big package of milk chocolate chips in the microwave...
stirring every minute until it was all melted.
stirring every minute until it was all melted.
Dipped the strawberries, with stems on, set them on a tray to set up.
For some of them, I melted a bit of white chocolate chips to drizzle over the dipped strawberries, after they had set up.
I don't know about you but I LOVE chocolate dipped strawberries!
I feel like I can eat as many as I want to because they are less fattening than a box of chocolates...am I kidding myself?
Oh, who cares...they are so delicious...the fruit of the Gods!
My next post will be a ***GIVE A WAY***
Because it'll be my 100th post and my birthday...
So look for that my sweet friends..love ya!

I seriously love chocolate covered strawberries. My daughter has been living in Ephraim going to Snow. She loves to go to main street in Manti and visit a few of the little shops. You probably know the cute ones she is talking about. You should do a post on the quaint little shops there. Take your camera and get lots of pictures to share with us. I am sure we would all love it.
Oh yum! I want it all. But tonight I have to settle for fat free fudge bars!
