YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND.....

When your down and troubled and you need a helping hand,
and nothing, whoa nothing is going right.

Close your eyes and think of me and soon I will be there...
To brighten up even your darkest nights.

You just call out my name, and you know wherever I am...
I'll come running, oh yeah baby to see you again.

Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, all you need to do is call,
And I'll be right there, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Hey, ain't it good to know that you've got a friend?
People can be so cold. They'll hurt you and desert you.

Well they'll take your soul if you let them,
Oh yeah, but don't you let them.

You just call out my name and you know wherever I am,
I'll come running to see you again.

Oh babe, don't you know that Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall,
Hey now, all you got to do is call~

Lord, I'll be there, yes I will. You've got a friend...You've got a friend.

Ain't it good to know you've got a friend....You've got a friend.

~YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND~
Yes...we all have a friend!

Oh, how I love and appreciate each one of you, my sweet friends!
You have brought me so much happiness!

I so enjoy your posts...I laugh and I cry and my heart is touched by all you share.
Thank you, every one of you for being my friend...and I want you to know that,
"YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND."
And that friend is ME!

These pictures are an interesting and compelling argument to others for the need, true NEED, of people and all living creatures to have at least some time for contact with another living being? A touch of care or love....ultimately fulfilled by our Savior, Jesus, Praise Him!

"For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance,so also our comfort is abundant through Christ." 2 Corinthians 1:5

Sometimes in my life , the comfort of Christ has come through the cuddle of a grandchild, or a warm purring cat, maybe a quietly leaning -on- me dog, or the touch and hug from my husband.

Good Morning Julie!
I stumbled onto your cutie pie blog from Prudy.
Gorgeous pictures and sweet thoughts.
Your home looks like one that I have seen and admired on our way to Fruita to pick apples.
Lucky girl!
I am going to have to keep an eye out for you in the temple . We live about 5 minutes from the Manti temple, and go at least once a week. My most favorite place to be!!
Thanks for sharing; so glad I found ya.
Have a great week!

Julie,
Thanks for adding me to your blog list, you are so kind!
I am so looking forward to a trip to Fruita this fall! Look for me ...I'll be the crazy lady, with blond hair blowing out the window, waving like a lunatic as we drive by :)
Last fall was out first trip to Fruita, and we picked the most delicious apples! We made bottles and bottles of apple-pie filling.
I would love to be in Fruita to pick peaches this fall....if I can get the timing right.
Have a wonderful day!
